All Chance 2 Dance instructors are professional, educated dancers whoo are certified in inclusion and special needs training. We hire professional dancers who are analytical, and have the ability to cater our curriculum in an appropriate way for each class that we teach. The diverse array of students whom we serve require instructors who are prepared to lead, organize, communicate and foster a environment where students enjoy and benefit mentally and physically from participating in our program.
Nicole Warren launched a new arts effort in Central Florida in May 2016, to embrace a community of limitless dancers; co-founding Chance 2 Dance, and in January 2017 opened Chance 2 Dance Studio in Casselberry, FL, an inclusive and accommodating dance company, specializing in dance classes for varying exceptionalities.
Miss Nicole's passion in life is to share her experiences, knowledge, and love for the art of dance, in hopes to cultivate an awareness that dance is universal and has no boundaries. Nicole C. Warren has been dancing since the age of 5. Nicole grew up in Gulf Breeze, FL and was trained with a classical dance foundation of ballet, tap, jazz, and pointe until she was 18. Nicole attended the University of Central Florida and as of 2011 earned a B.S. in Elementary Education as well a TESOL certification and Reading Endorsement. Upon graduating from U.C.F., Nicole was accepted into the Valencia College A.A. Dance-Dance Performance program and was selected to join their pre-professional dance company; Valencia Dance Theatre where she trained and performed for 3 years. Ms. Warren has studied in varying styles, from the classical modern techniques of Graham, Horton, and Limon to being a student of the legendary Al Gilbert and his tap technique. Most recently Nicole earned her Level III Certification as a classical Cecchetti Ballet Teacher and was accepted into Dance Masters of America upon passing the national ballet and jazz exams.
Lauren Hoefer is from Southwest Florida, Lauren started gymnastics at age 3 and soon after started dancing. Once joining the competition team at age 8, she focused more on dance and became fully immersed in all styles possible. After high school, Lauren headed off to Gainesville for four years to attend the University of Florida where she majored in Dance Performance. Throughout college she performed in numerous shows every semester and had the opportunity to travel around Florida, Georgia, and Ohio to perform, show her own dance pieces, and take classes with many renowned teachers. Lauren also had the opportunity to teach yearly at studios as well as serving as a guest teacher and choreographer with various organizations. Upon receiving her BFA she moved to Orlando and is currently performing at Universal Orlando Resort when she isn't teaching. Lauren has enjoyed her experience with Chance 2 Dance and looks forward to continuing to share her love of dance!
Sara Arment grew up dancing in Western Massachusetts before earning her Bachelors in Dance/Theatre at Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY. She has also earned her Inclusion and Special Needs Certificate, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in School Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. Growing up with a sister with autism, Sara has a large amount of experience working with those with special needs. She is fluent in American Sign Language. Sara has performed with professional companies, one of them being Emotions Dance Company. She also had the opportunity to perform a piece choreographed by Marta Renzi at Jacob’s Pillow Inside/Out Festival summer 2014. Through Chance 2 Dance Sara combines her two loves in life, dance and psychology, in order to create an inclusive environment for all to enjoy the art of dance.
Andrea Piazza is from Tampa, Florida. She received her BFA in Dance and BS in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2017. She is now a graduate student at the University of Central Florida in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Andrea has a deep love for the power of dance and seeks to combine dance and counseling in her career. She has been professionally trained in ballet, modern, tap, jazz, hip-hop, acrobatics, and musical theater styles. Her choreographic works have been performed throughout Florida in a variety of venues. Currently she is focusing on research, more specifically dance therapy and its applications in couples counseling. She is also seeking dual licensure as a dance therapist in conjunction with her clinical mental health licensure. She also works withing the community as a Registered Behavior Technician for Positive Support Services, and Behavioral Health Technician for Aspire Health.

Ashley Garcia Ashley has been dancing since the age of eight. Her love of performing began early as she found the art of expressing her self through theatre and creative movement. She danced competively for 6 years, then began her journey as a dance instructor associate in her home town in South Florida. Ashley has received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has received advanced specialization as a Neurologic Clinical Specialist. She moved to Orlando in 2015 and has since enjoyed combining her love of all forms of dance and movement science on to her students.
Ashlyn Rust Dancing since the age of five, Ashlyn Rust continues her love for dance at Odyssey Dance Company as the Modern and Jazz instructor for Levels II & III. Ashlyn graduated from the University of Florida in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance, as well as three minors in Theatre, Leadership, and Communication Studies. Upon graduation, she was accepted into the Professional Semester Training program at Broadway Dance Center located in New York City. While in the program, Ashlyn was a Jazz concentration and took classes of many different genres from professionals in the dance industry. She got to experience taking classes from current resident choreographers for Broadway shows, such as Hamilton, choreographers and dancers for different pop artists, including Beyoncé and Lady Gaga, and choreographers and finalists from the hit TV show, So You Think You Can Dance. While in NYC, she also performed at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. After graduating from the program spring 2018, Ashlyn relocated to Orlando, FL to seek different dance opportunities. Ashlyn had the privilege of becoming an instructor at Odyssey Dance Company in January 2019, and is looking forward to being more involved in the seasons to come. She loves being part of the growth and development of young, aspiring dancers. For her it is truly a rewarding experience, and she hopes her guidance motivates and encourages her students to achieve their goals.
Caleb Emery Caleb Emery is from Sanford, Florida. He just graduated from Circle Christian School, and is pursuing a career in physical education for adults and children with special needs, specifically dance and taekwondo instruction. Caleb has been dancing on and off since he was five years old, and joined Chance 2 Dance three and a half years ago. He is partially deaf, has learning disabilities, and is on the autism spectrum. Caleb believes dance is great exercise for both the body and the brain, and he loves sharing his experiences with others.
