All Chance 2 Dance instructors are professionally trained dancers whom all hold higher degrees in dance, education, counseling, and therapy. All instructors are certified in inclusion and special needs training. We hire professional dancers who are analytical, and have the ability to cater our curriculum in an appropriate way for each class that we teach. The diverse array of students whom we serve require instructors who are prepared to lead, organize, communicate and foster a environment where students enjoy and benefit mentally and physically from participating in our program. All instructors have been background checked, fingerprinted and are CPR/ AED certified.
Nicole Warren is originally from Gulf Breeze, Florida. She earned a BS degree in Education with a TESOL certification and Reading Endorsement from the University of Central Florida in Spring 2011. Warren launched a new arts effort in Central Florida in May 2016- to bring awareness to and embrace a community of limitless movers; Founding Chance 2 Dance, Central Florida's Only inclusive and accommodating dance company that caters to the special needs and disabled community. In 2018, Warren started a for-profit LLC, Odyssey Dance Co. and elite training company which strives to discover and foster the inner artists of our local youth community. In the Summer of 2018, Warren designed and built out the state of Florida's first sensory-friendly dance studio and black box theater to provide equal opportunities for all in the performing arts. Nicole is honored to have been recognized by the community as: '2019& 2020 Most Loved Dance Studio' by HulaFrog Magazine. Nicole won 2nd place and a cash prize of $15,000 in the 2019 Victory Cup Initiative and 2nd place in the Correct Craft 'Promote your Passion' competition, winning $3,000 for her non-profit Chance 2 Dance. Warren won ‘Best Choreography Award’ from Applause Talent Dance Tour with her dance company, and has had many dance pupils win regional and state Title awards. She was a finalist in the 2018 & 2019 ‘Orlando's Women on the Rise’ awards and was recently honored by Orlando Business Journal as 2019 ‘Outstanding Diversity Hand’.
Most recently, Nicole was named 'Orlando Super Woman 2020' by Orlando Family Magazine.
Andrea Piazza is originally from Tampa, Florida. Piazza began dance at the age of three and danced throughout her life. She attended intensives with Joffrey Ballet and America’s ballet school audition only programs and was selected at the awarded the All-American award for Cheerleading. Piazza went on to earn dual bachelor’s degrees in BFA Dance and BS Psychology from the University of Florida in 2017 and her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida in 2019 with a certificate in Advanced Training in Integrated Mental Health Care. Piazza currently works as the Artistic Director for Chance 2 Dance Florida, Owner and Founder of Inclusive Impact Initiative, Owner and Primary Therapist for Inclusive Impact Therapy and founder of the She Impacts Us Cooperative. Piazza also serves on the UCF Alumni Board of Seminole County. She consistently presents her academic research on the benefits of dance in a therapeutic setting for people with unique abilities throughout the nation. Piazza’s passion for creating an inclusive culture has led her to create inclusive children’s books, shows, choreography, educational opportunities, and other informed products. Piazza is a UCF 30 under 30 Outstanding Alumni honoree and was nominated for Orlando’s Best Local Author by Orlando Weekly’s Best of Orlando competition 2020. She is also an award-winning choreographer and a two-time invitee to create inclusive dance performances for the international Immerse Arts Festival by Creative City Project. Piazza’s focus as Chance 2 Dance Artistic Director is to create inclusive opportunities for the local underserved communities. When Piazza is not working, she spends time with her family and friends in her Central Florida.
Lauren Hoefer is from Southwest Florida, Lauren started gymnastics at age 3 and soon after started dancing. Once joining the competition team at age 8, she focused more on dance and became fully immersed in all styles possible. After high school, Lauren headed off to Gainesville for four years to attend the University of Florida where she majored in Dance Performance. Throughout college she performed in numerous shows every year and had the opportunity to travel around Florida, Georgia, and Ohio doing performances, and taking classes with many renowned teachers. Lauren also had the opportunity to teach yearly at studios as well as serving as a guest teacher and choreographer with various organizations. Upon receiving her BFA she moved to Orlando to pursue performing. For the past 5 years she has been an entertainment cast member at Universal Orlando Resort. Lauren is excited to be able share her passion for dance!
Jackie Castore studied at Florida Atlantic University, receiving her BS degree in Exceptional Student Education. Castore danced at FAU for four years and was captain of the college dance team her senior year. Castore has competed at the collegiate level in Daytona Beach, earning a second place award in the nation. Jackie has performed in commercials and instructional dance videos throughout her college career. Jackie teachers for C2D as a lead instructor and currently dances for the NBA with the Orlando Magic, 407 Hip Hop Dance Crew.
Angel Stumberg grew up dancing in Western Massachusetts before earning her Bachelors in Dance/Theatre at Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY. She has also earned her Inclusion and Special Needs Certificate, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in School Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. Growing up with a sister with autism, Sara has a large amount of experience working with those with special needs. She is fluent in American Sign Language. Sara has performed with professional companies, one of them being Emotions Dance Company. She also had the opportunity to perform a piece choreographed by Marta Renzi at Jacob’s Pillow Inside/Out Festival summer 2014. Through Chance 2 Dance Sara combines her two loves in life, dance and psychology, in order to create an inclusive environment for all to enjoy the art of dance.
Ashley Garcia has been dancing since the age of eight. Her love of performing began early as she found the art of expressing herself through theatre and creative movement. She danced competitively for 6 years, then began her journey as a dance instructor associate in her hometown in South Florida. Ashley has received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has received advanced specialization as a Neurologic Clinical Specialist. She moved to Orlando in 2015 and has since enjoyed combining her love of all forms of dance and movement science on to her students.
Khalil Truvon Mcclarrin Khalil Truvon Mcclarrin is from Central Florida and went to Dr. Phillips High School. He has more than 8 years of professional dance training and has earned titles in competitions like World of Dance. Khalil is the former captain of the Orlando Magic Dance team, The 407. He is currently a cast member with the Universal Studios Florida. Khalil is a passionate teacher and excited to be a part of the Chance 2 Dance team so that he can bring his passion for dance to underserved communities which are near and dear to his heart.

Caleb Emery is from Sanford, Florida. He is a third degree blackbelt in Taekwondo, and currently holds the title Mr. Dance Master of Florida. He is a graduate from Circle Christian School and is pursuing a career in physical fitness instruction for adults and children with special needs. Caleb has been dancing on and off since he was 5 years old and joined Chance 2 Dance n January 2017. Caleb has an indomitable spirit – which means he never gives up! He has overcome many challenges in his life; he has profound hearing loss, learning disabilities, and is on the Autism Spectrum. Caleb believes dance is great exercise for the body, mind, and spirit. He loves sharing his experiences, and hopes to inspire others to keep believing, and follow their dreams! Caleb is currently a vocational trainee with C2D as a dance assistant in hopes of one day being a dance instructor.
